The era of end of arrogance and beginning of new ideas :
US has been a very prospective and assuring career place for more than few decades for people all over the world. Today, due to globalization, opening of new markets and opportunities, every country is starting to develop an independent work force and every step is being taken to retain the intellectual workforce of their own country. This is leading to an increased global competition. Increase in global competition has a major impact in US workplace. US is now moving from the state of dictatorship to a state of acceptance of the competition. The middle class of US now understand that the global market is going to be highly competitive and are trying to be equipped with the required skills to face the upcoming challenges. Viewing specifically the workplace scenario, every business is moving towards equipping their employees with the required attitude and skills to face global competition. Innovation is the major factor which can keep US ahead in this race. This point is realized by many businesses and every effort is being made to encourage the creativity and new ideas at the work place. Many businesses are encouraging and aiding their employees to learn new technologies . This is going to bring a positive change at work places in the coming decade.
Overall, global competition has brought a mobilization in otherwise stagnant scenario. If US can move from Arrogance to flexibility and creativity, this is going to have a major positive effect in the coming years.
